1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Registration & Management

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering with BP88. Accounts created using false or incorrect details may be terminated at any time.

• Single Account Policy: Only one account is allowed per person, household, or device. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• Password Security: You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing account access with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Information Update: If your contact details change, you must notify BP88 immediately.
• Minor Protection: Allowing anyone under the age of 18 to use your account is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal penalties.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Payments must be made from a mobile banking account registered under the same name as your BP88 account. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• Before submitting a withdrawal request, you must place bets equal to your total deposited amount (1x turnover).
• A specific wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (this varies by bonus).
• BP88 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals on suspicious transactions until verification is complete.
• BP88 is not liable for any financial loss resulting from transaction delays caused by issues on the payment provider's end.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions on BP88 are governed by their own terms. Accepting a bonus means you agree to the specific conditions attached to it.

• Welcome Bonus: Each new member is eligible for the welcome bonus once only. Claiming it across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, a specified wagering amount (typically 30x) must be completed.
• Duration: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid on specific games. Not all games may contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements.
• Bonus Abuse: Placing unusual bets or coordinated group fraud by exploiting loopholes in the bonus system will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• Cashback: Cashback bonuses apply only to net losses for that week. Cashback is not available on winnings.

5 Gaming Policy & Outcomes

All game outcomes on BP88 are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is internationally recognized and audited. Tampering with any game result is completely impossible.

• If your internet connection drops during a game, that game session will be settled in accordance with our standard rules.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• In Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled or ends in a draw, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• In Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final. Results will not be changed unless a technical error has occurred.
• BP88 reserves the right to void winnings obtained by exploiting verified system errors.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BP88 platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and legal action where applicable:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with a fake identity or false information.
• Using bots, automated software, or hacking tools.
• Engaging in money laundering or transacting with illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting to manipulate the bonus system.
• Harassing other players or BP88 staff.
• Intentionally exploiting any platform vulnerability or bug.
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw funds through a third party.

7 Identity Verification (KYC)

BP88 complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and reserves the right to verify the identity of any member when required.

• KYC verification is generally required for withdrawal requests exceeding ৳30,000.
• You may be required to submit a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence for verification.
• A selfie or a selfie with your document may be requested.
• Withdrawals will be on hold until the KYC process is completed.
• All submitted documents will be stored securely in accordance with BP88's Privacy Policy.

8 Responsible Gaming

BP88 believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily exclude yourself from the platform for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off: A cooling-off period of anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days can be requested.

9 Account Closure & Termination

BP88 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause within these terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to pass identity verification.
• If there is evidence that the account is being operated on behalf of a minor.
• By order of a court or law enforcement authority.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

You may request account closure at any time. In that case, your remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, but any active bonuses will be considered void.

10 Limitation of Liability

BP88 accepts no liability for the following:

• Any loss incurred during a game or bet due to an internet disconnection.
• Issues arising from delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Any account information leaked due to the user's own negligence.
• Any financial loss resulting from placing bets is entirely at the user's own risk.
• Service disruptions caused by unexpected server downtime or technical issues.

11 Changes to Terms

• If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may request to close your account.
